NASA has postponed its upcoming Mars mission.
Due to technical difficulties, the big Mars mission planned by NASA—featuring a huge Mars rover—has been moved back by 2 years. People are complaining about the cost overruns, naturally. But who knows, in advance, how much it should cost to send such a vehicle on an ambitious journey to Mars?
In any case, the spacecraft won’t even launch until 2011.
